International Shipping charges will be displayed at the time of checkout and will be added to your total bill. Shipping is free for customers ordering within Pakistan. International delivery charges are borne by the customer and will be charged as per the actual weight of the ordered product(s). Please note that some countries may attract import duties which shall be paid by the customer at the time of the delivery.
You may cancel your order any time before the order has been processed or confirmed by our customer support team. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. RAS reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason including the stock unavailability, pricing imprecisions, or the declined payment by your authorized financial institution. If an online payment was made, the customer will either be offered for the other product in same amount or a refund. A refund will be made to the same credit card that was used for the purchase and the amount may appear in your monthly credit card statement in 4-10 days.
